In western culture there's an ever-growing interest in food, sometimes bordering on obsession. And we can see the high-priests in form of master chefs everywhere. With the e-book I wanted to show the "hidden" imperatives inherent in their cooking-instructions. They are often overlooked because of the cool, down-to-earth and laid-back mentality of the star chefs. There seems to be a gap which food and the rituals connected with it seem to fill.

What I did:

I downloaded an e-cookbook.

I erased all the words & pictures from the book except the verbs / imperatives. 

I created a visible external graphic element on the first page which mentions the new title of the book. I used the first leftover verb that appears in the new book as the title. By lucky chance it was the verb "cook".

I saved the changes and used the new title of the book as the file name of the document.
